the programs themselves. TASC provides complete third-party administrative services for
nationally known products and services such as AgriPlan, BizPlan, FlexSystem, and MAPP
(Maximum Advantage Pension Planning).
AgriPlan/BizPlan
AgriPlan (for farmers) and BizPlan (for small business owners) are Internal Revenue Code
Section 105 Medical Reimbursement Plans available to business owners across the nation.
Sole proprietors, corporations, and partnerships utilize the administrative services of
AgriPlan/BizPlan to save substantial tax dollars annually. AgriPlan/BizPlan services allow
businesses to deduct 100 percent of their family health insurance premiums and
out-of-pocket medical, vision, and dental expenses not covered by insurance.

FlexSystem
FlexSystem, also known as a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan, is a tool that enables employers
to offer employee benefits (mainly healthcare) on a pretax basis, while controlling
benefit costs and saving payroll tax dollars. With FlexSystem, employers utilize
third-party administration services provided by TASC to handle the administration of their
plans. TASC services ensure employers of the proper administration and operation of these
Cafeteria Plans.

Planning (MAPP)
The selection of and design of business retirement plans can involve many aspects and
details that are intimidating to employers, as well as financial professionals.
MAPP’s services assist in determining the type of plan and the features that tailor

provides a complete pension-planning package.
